Shipping & Delivery

1. onlineairgun.com (Rajput Arms) ships to only addresses within India. We don’t ship any international and out of India orders.
2. All orders are processed within 3 business days.
3. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
4. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
5. Please allow 10-15 days to reach your shipment. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
6. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active after 24 hours.
7. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
8. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
9. We generally offer free shipping but it can vary as per product and our policy. Please check shipping details on product’s page.
10. The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the cart adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
11. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
